No return policy as we provide only a fibre service.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds on our service as we can’t guarantee that you will receive the full signed up speed as there are many factors that would affect the speed of your data however we will ensure to the best of our ability to always deliver the required speed that you sign up for.

Deliver Policy

The router will be sent out within 48 hours of the first debit collected and will reach you within 24 hours via courier. Once the router is plugged in your service will be activated within 3 to 4 hours thereafter.

Cancellation Policy

On all month to month packages we require a 2 month cancelation notice this is to allow us to cover cost for the router supplied (Free). Contracts can be cancelled with a one month notice of cancellation provided we see fit the reason for cancellation (There will be a 6 months premium charge on cancellation.)
